Downtown Dallas grande dame hotel continues with a multimillion-dollar makeover that includes upgrades to all guest rooms, and public spaces and reconstruction of a ballroom on the 19th floor. There will also be a new rooftop bar, spa and fitness center as well.
Built by St. Louis beer baron Adolphus Busch, the 407 room hotel is one of Dallas’ most historic buildings that has been a crucial part of Dallas’ fabric, enjoying a special reputation over the years locally, domestically and internationally.
Rob Whitley, President of Father & Sons Cleaning in Dallas marveled at the attention to detail, size and scope of the project. “It represents the largest project we have completed in our twenty plus years working in the Dallas market. I’m very proud of my team for their hard work and commitment in getting it done and wish my Dad would have been around to see it. He would be humbled by the growth of a cleaning business he started in 1968 in Beloit, Wisconsin where the company is still headquartered and operates a third office in Atlanta, Georgia.”
